Waffle Crisps: Pure butter waffles, baked using original recipes to give a crisp natural flavour.
Butter Biscuits: Shaped or sliced butter biscuits, dipped and decorated with chocolate or filled with fruit jams.
Florentines: Almonds and hazelnuts mixed together with honey, sugar and butter to create a delicious crispy confection. Dipped in milk, white or dark chocolate then decorated to make our famous Florentine
Petits Fours: Pralines and creams are placed on top of a butter biscuit base before being enrobed with chocolate and decorated.
